PR Legal on Intellectual Property in Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade

On 25 March 2026 PR Legal delivered a lecture within the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Law study programme at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, continuing its long-standing cooperation with the institution and its active involvement in professional education in the field of healthcare and pharmaceutical law.
The lecture on Intellectual Property in Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare was delivered by Ivan Todorović, Partner, and Bojana Veselinović, Counsel and patent attorney. Through a clearly structured and substantive presentation, participants were introduced to key aspects of intellectual property protection in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, with a particular focus on patent protection and trademark law, as well as current trends and practical challenges in the field.
As part of the programme, participants had the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the importance and scope of intellectual property protection in this area through practical examples and analysis of concrete cases, further confirming the importance of linking theory and practice in modern legal education.
Such lectures represent a natural continuation of PR Legal’s long-standing focus on the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, in which the firm has been providing legal support to domestic and international clients for many years.
