Administrative Law

Administrative law has very much developed in the previous period and disputes between individuals and state authorities are increasing.

Many sectors are regulated by specific legislation and thus require accurate knowledge and experience in the area of practice.

We have a vast experience handling cases between individuals or companies and state bodies, in particular regarding the VAT, local communities’ decisions on tax payment impositions, decisions rendered by the Commission for Protection of Competition, construction permits, various decisions rendered by the ministries in charge, or those related to IP protection, etc.

Due to the importance of guiding the clients through administrative procedures and in order to provide the best possible legal service before the Administrative Court, we welcomed Mr Vuk Cucić, PhD, professor of Administrative Law course at the Faculty of Law, University in Belgrade, to our team of lawyers. Mr Cucić is our special counsel who provides an academic view for solving the most demanding and complex legal problems.
