Strahinja holds a law degree from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and is admitted to practice before the Belgrade Bar Association.
Strahinja advises domestic and international clients on corporate, employment and dispute resolution matters, with a focus on providing practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
A significant part of his practice is dedicated to labour and employment law. He advises employers on all aspects of employment relationships, including employment documentation, internal policies, disciplinary procedures, workplace harassment matters and termination-related issues. He also regularly represents clients in employment-related disputes and proceedings before courts and other competent authorities.
In addition, Strahinja advises companies on corporate governance and commercial matters and represents clients in a variety of dispute resolution proceedings.
Fluent in English, he regularly works with both local and international clients.
