Ivana Ružičić, Managing Partner at PR Legal, has once again been invited to serve as a Country Juror in the selection process for the 2025 CEE Deals of the Year Awards, a prestigious regional recognition šresented by CEE Legal Matters.

The award recognizes the most significant transactions, financings, IPOs, and other landmark deals that have shaped the legal and business landscape across Central and Eastern Europe. The selection process brings together leading legal experts from across the region who participate in evaluating and selecting the most impactful transactions in various jurisdictions. This year, Ivana evaluated submissions for the Polish market.

The shortlist of nominated deals was determined based on the votes of the Country Selection Committees, while the final winners will be chosen by a regional selection committee.

The winners will be announced at the CEE Deals of the Year Awards Banquet 2026, which will take place on May 27, 2026, in Bucharest.
