Ms Ivana Ružičić has been a member of the Belgrade Bar Chamber since 2007. She has advised our clients for years in a comprehensive range of employment, corporate and commercial legislation matters, touching upon the day-to-day business of major multinational companies in Serbia.
She regularly advises domestic and international corporations from various business branches in demanding business transactions, cooperation procedures as well as service and employment contract issues. A significant portion of her work is dedicated to resolution of employment disputes and copyrights cases, including counselling on status of foreign nationals,data protection& privacy, consumer protection and air traffic regulations, being also responsible for management of our pro bono cases.
As an experienced litigator, she is also representing clients in various labor, commercial and civil law matters as well as in many misdemeanor cases. She has unique knowledge in advising media and press agencies, including counselling on various advertising campaigns and issues concerning advertising law.
While she focuses on corporate law, her practice involves providing legal advice to local and foreign companies on almost all aspects of the Serbian law, including drafting and reviewing all types of commercial agreements.
As a co-author, Ms Ružičić published the article “Litigation and alternative forms of dispute resolution in the Republic of Serbia”, in “The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Litigation & Dispute Resolution 2011“(Global Legal Group, London, 2011, p. 230-239).In 2012 Ms Ružičić obtained LLM degree in Civil Law, with primary focus on inability to fulfill contractual obligations as a ground for exclusion of contractual liability for damage.
